We evaluated the appearance, smell, taste and texture of a range of commercially available pasta sauces, made our own pasta, developed and then produced our own tomato sauce using a range of different ingredients and then learnt about food provenance.  Our teachers were really impressed by the focus and creativity we showed during the week and the imagination and individuality that were on show when we made our pasta – there were so many different shapes and sizes!
