Year 1 have had a busy few weeks!

In Maths, we have been describing position and direction using the words right, left, forwards, backwards, top, bottom, above and below. We have completed lots of practical activities to develop our understanding. 

In English, we are currently planning our own vegetable superhero, using the book Supertato as inspiration. We will be using our superhero to write our own story including lots of adjectives and conjunctions.

In History, we have pretended to be archaeologists, searching for artefacts in our playground. In Computing, we have learnt how to open Google Docs and use the keyboard to write a sentence.
