Workshop Wonders!

Following a successful SATs week and an action-packed week at PGL, Year 6 are now enjoying a series of workshops.
Last week they started a series of workshops (with a teacher from the local education authority) which will help them to prepare for the transition to secondary school.
This week they're beginning to build some financial literacy skills with Chris Hawkins of Tenent Financial Services. In the first session, they were all eager to take part in the bartering role play which encouraged them to think about the origins of our money system. Starting on Tuesday, as part of the St Paul's Inspire programme, the head of geography from St Paul's Junior School will lead them in a series of lessons about green cities.
Finally, we have a exciting day of drama planned with Putney Arts who are visiting us to help prepare the children for their upcoming end of year production.
