Why did you want to be a Governor?

My eldest daughter is at Sheen Mount and I live 100 metres from the school gate, so it feels like a big presence in my life and the community.  I wanted to do what I could to support the staff and students that make it such an excellent institution.

What do you do when you are not being a Governor?

I am a lawyer by training but have done lots of other things.  I currently lead a green energy start-up, and am general counsel to another.  I am also an adviser to the UK government.  Being a parent is my other big job.  I try to spend as much time as I can outside (with my children when they can be persuaded).
