Trip to the Science Museum

On the last day of last half term, Year 4 excitedly boarded a coach to Kensington to visit the Science Museum. Elodie, Luke and Alex have written about the day.

Alex says her favourite part was the space section as it showed us the different planets and about what will happen in the future. Luke really enjoyed seeing the engines and planes some of which have top speeds of 400mph. Elodie's favourite parts of the museum were the medicine section (where she learned a recipe for poison) and the computing section where she saw the computer Tim Berners-Lee used to invent the World Wide Web. The children all loved the show 'It Takes Guts' because, even though it was disgusting, they learned more about the human digestive system.
