Why did you want to be a governor? | I recently moved to the area, having chaired a governing board of a local primary school in Lambeth for nearly 4 years. I wanted to continue serving the local community through education. I have found being part of a governing board to be so rewarding, especially within a primary school context where you have the ability to have such a large impact on children’s future potential. |
Which Committee do you sit on? |
Standards Committee |
What do you do when you are not being a governor? |
I work as a Wealth Manager at UBS advising clients on how to manage, plan and invest for their families’ futures. But once I am logged off, you’ll probably find me running around the area, or in the gym. My husband and I used to co-author an Asian food blog (currently on pause due to restaurant restrictions!) |
During your time on the governing body, which achievement has made you most proud? |
I am just starting out but I’m sure I will have a few things to share if you ask me again in a year’s time! |
