This week, in Maths, we hunted for mathematical treasure - solving reasoning problems in a fun way.

This week, in Maths, we hunted for mathematical treasure - solving reasoning problems in a fun way.

In English, we have been revising our grammar knowledge, including the passive voice. We have also been developing our reading comprehension skills and using inference to identify the impression the reader has of a character.

In RE, we have compared the traditional and contemporary Anglican church. The children discussed the difference in the level of formality, and how this might make people feel.

In computing, we have been learning simple formulae when using spreadsheets. We will learn about the purpose of spreadsheets and how they are used in a real life context.

Science, this week, has involved reviewing our learning of our electricity topic. We carried out an assessment of our knowledge and discussed the essential skills of planning and recording results of an investigation.
