Local History, Data Collection and Reflections

This week the Year 3 classes visited The Museum of Richmond to learn about some of our local history. We learned a lot from our informative workshop with Vicky at the museum, and had a lot of fun handling toys and tools from the Victorian era. Did you know that Queen Victoria's underwear was washed at the Royal Laundry in Richmond? A huge thank you to the wonderful parent helpers, your help was much appreciated!

In science we have been investigating mirror reflections linked to our topic of light and in maths we have been collecting data and representing it in tally charts and pictograms!
