A huge well done to all of Reception for completing their first half-term at Sheen Mount! We are incredibly proud of how well the children have settled into their classes and embraced their new learning experiences.

The final weeks of last half-term were filled with exciting Autumn activities. The children created beautiful autumn-inspired artwork, enjoyed a range of fine motor activities and had great fun celebrating our very own Pumpkin Day! One of the highlights was making and tasting delicious pumpkin soup, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.

We are excited to begin our next topic of Traditional Tales, and look forward to lots of imaginative learning and storytelling. Before we begin, however, we will be celebrating Diwali and enjoying some firework-inspired activities!
