So far, so good!

As we pass the halfway point of the school year, the children have continued to enjoy a busy and exciting couple of weeks in school! As part of Science Week, they have revisited their learning about the solar system and Earth’s relationship with the moon, while linking it to their work on the properties of materials. The classroom has been full of curiosity, with pupils asking thoughtful questions and exploring ideas like real scientists. In maths, pupils have completed their unit on decimals and begun exploring perimeter and area in geometry. In computing, they have loved coding BBC micro:bits to create their own digital name badges. Meanwhile, in English they have stepped into the role of detectives, investigating the mysterious murder of Banquo in Macbeth, and in DT they have begun bringing their own Macbeth puppets to life.
