Year 2 have begun looking at alternative versions of traditional tales and they have been enjoying spotting the differences and making story maps. Year 2 have loved going to Forest School and making clay objects and pets out of logs. In maths we have finished our module on statistics and are beginning the new module on geometry looking at direction and movement. In science we are finishing up our work on habitats and beginning to look at food chains. In art we have made abstract maps using  translucent paper. It has been another fun and busy few weeks.
