Welcome back after Christmas to a snowy Spring term.

Our topic this half term is 'Roald Dahl.   We will be learning about his life and his books with a special focus on George's Marvellous Medicine which we will review at the end of the half term.  The children have already started some super research on this topic at home which they will use to write a Roald Dahl biography.

Our Science topic this half term is Rocks and Soils.  We have already had some interesting discussions about rock types and walked around school observing different types of rocks in our environment and how they are used.

The children are having weekly French lessons focusing on questions and responses, numbers and classroom instructions which they throughly enjoy.

This half term sees 3R's class assembly on the 14th of January (photographs will follow) and 3L's will be on the 11th of March.  They will both be at 2.45.
