I am Mum to 2 boys and lead the HR shared service provision for a large UK retailer

During your time as a governor, what achievement has made you most proud?

The work that has been done in recent years on curriculum progression and ensuring that everyone has a strong awareness of how it builds and progresses as children move up the school has been quite transformational.
