An Eggsperiment
The children in Year 4 have been working scientifically and have set up an investigation which they hope will allow them to draw some conclusions on what happens to our teeth if we don't look after them properly.
They have placed boiled eggs in different 3 liquids; coca-cola, vinegar and water. They will observe any changes to the eggshells over 7 days, record their results and draw some conclusions. What do you predict will happen to the eggshells? In other areas of the curriculum, we have plotted the journey Michael from our core text, Kensuke's Kingdom, has made sailing round the world and we have practised our paragraphing skills while writing a letter home to his best friend.
